Shipping
It is our goal to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, due to the varriable market, you might experience a slight delay. Regardless you should always expect delivery within 21 days from the date of your purchase, depending upon delivery method selected.
Sales Taxes
HERBS & HEALTH collects sales tax for orders delivered within the State of Arizona. However, it is not required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses outside the State of Arizona. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, customs/import duties or other charges on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
HERBS & HEALTH will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE UNOPENED CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Due to the safety concerns of our botanicals we cannot always accept returns. However, we are always concerned with keeping our customers happy and may issue store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
HERBS & HEALTH will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims is the responsibility of the customer.
